Momentive Technologies Expands in Northeast Ohio, Creating 97 New Jobs

Momentive Technologies is partnering with JobsOhio and Team Neo for the expansion of its Ohio manufacturing facilities and the development of new technologies bringing 97 new manufacturing and engineering jobs to Ohio and bolstering Momentive Technologies’ leadership in technology for the Semiconductor industry. Momentive Technologies is at the center of the development of the Semiconductor industry in Ohio. Momentive Technologies is a global provider of advanced materials technology, headquartered in Strongsville. The company’s technology and manufacturing know-how provides the cutting-edge material needs for semiconductor production at domestic companies and abroad.

Momentive Technologies continues to grow with an announcement in November that it has completed the acquisition of CoorsTek’s crucibles business in Japan. This pivotal acquisition enables Momentive Technologies to provide semiconductor wafer and fabrication customers a full range of crucible sizes to meet their needs.
