Strongsville, Ohio, USA — Momentive Technologies, a leader in advanced materials solutions for the semiconductor industry, is proud to announce the appointment of Eric Boni as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Boni brings strategic experience leading public-company global finance functions, particularly during periods of transition.

Most recently, Boni served as VP, Finance and Principal Accounting Officer for Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH), a $2 billion global additives and specialty ingredients business with approximately 30 manufacturing facilities. During his career at Ashland, he led many of the finance functions, including investor relations, treasury, financial planning & analysis, and most recently accounting. He was a key member in the transition of Ashland from an oil refiner and marketer to its specialty materials focus, including significant acquisition and divestiture events to improve the quality of the business. Boni holds a Bachelor of Science in Business majoring in Finance from Miami University and an MBA majoring in Finance and in Decision & Information Systems from Indiana University.
As CFO of Momentive Technologies, Boni will lead the global finance organization, including teams in the U.S, Germany, South Korea, China and Japan. He is now based at Momentive Technologies’ global headquarters in Strongsville, OH, and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to Mark A. Wolf, President and CEO.
