Strongsville, Ohio, USA — Momentive Technologies, a leader in advanced materials solutions for the semiconductor industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Polina Em as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Polina brings more than 20 years of global human resources leadership experience supporting complex manufacturing and industrial organizations through growth, transformation, and organizational change.

Most recently, Polina served as an HR Leader at The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, supporting the Global IT and Digital organization with more than 1,200 employees across over 20 countries. During her career, she has held progressive HR leadership roles at Nestlé USA and Barnes Group Inc., with extensive experience across both union and non-union environments. Her background includes talent management, organizational development, succession planning, change leadership, and supporting mergers and acquisitions.
Polina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Labor Relations and Human Resources Management from Cleveland State University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
As Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Momentive Technologies, Polina will lead the global HR function, including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations across the company’s global footprint. She will be based at Momentive Technologies’ global headquarters in Strongsville, Ohio, and will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to Mark A. Wolf, President and CEO.
