Strongsville, Ohio, USA — Momentive Technologies, a leader in advanced materials solutions for the semiconductor industry, is proud to announce the appointment of Chad Hesse as Senior Vice President, General Counsel. Hesse brings more than two decades of global legal, governance and strategic advisory experience across public companies and private equity-backed organizations. This appointment supports Momentive’s continued expansion in semiconductor and AI-driven markets, where strong governance and disciplined execution are critical to scaling.

Most recently, Hesse served as General Counsel at Society Brands, a growth-stage e-commerce company with a portfolio of consumer brands. Prior to that, he was General Counsel and Co-Chief Compliance Officer at Resilience Capital Partners, where he served as chief legal advisor to the firm and its portfolio of more than 20 companies across a wide range of industries. Earlier in his career, Hesse held several senior leadership roles at Diebold Nixdorf, including Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, where he led a global legal and compliance organization and advised the company’s Board of Directors and executive leadership team during a period of significant business transformation.
As Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Hesse will lead Momentive’s global legal function, including corporate governance, compliance, strategic transactions, and risk management. He will serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors and will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to Mark A. Wolf, President and CEO.
