CLEVELAND, OHIO – January 2, 2025 – Momentive Technologies, a leader in advanced materials solutions for the semiconductor industry, is pleased to announce a significant addition to its leadership team. Sue Sun-LaSovage recently joined Momentive Technologies as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Sun-LaSovage, an accomplished leader, brings her wealth of experience in leading high-performing teams to Momentive Technologies.

Sue Sun-LaSovage will lead the global HR function, which has key employee locations in the U.S., Germany, South Korea, China, and Japan. Her primary responsibility is to develop and implement programs that align with and support the company’s growth.
Sun-LaSovage was born and raised in Tianjin, China, just outside of Beijing. She earned her engineering degree from Huazhong University. After two years in the field, Sun-LaSovage transitioned to human resources for Hyatt Hotels in Xi’an. Since then, she has held various HR roles, including leadership positions at Molex Interconnect Ltd. in Singapore, The Dow Chemical Company, S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., and most recently, she served as the CHRO for Hyzon Motors in Bolingbrook, Illinois.
Sun-LaSovage holds a B.E. in Engineering, a diploma in Organizational Development from the Singapore Institute of Management, and a master’s degree in HR and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She is now based at Momentive Technologies’ global headquarters in Strongsville and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to Mark A. Wolf, the President and CEO.
