As we prepare for our Q3 Town Hall, we want your candid input on what’s working, what’s not, and what you want leadership to focus on next.
Some of you have told us in the past that sharing feedback doesn’t lead to change. That’s fair, and we need to earn trust here. We will read every response, summarize the main themes, and address them in the Town Hall. Where we can take action, we will say what we’re doing. Where we can’t (or can’t yet), we will explain why.
